By accessing or using the Chariot mobile application ("App") operated by Chariot LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Chariot is a rideshare coordination platform that enables organizations to manage driver queues and coordinate rides among their members. The App facilitates connections between riders and drivers but does not provide transportation services directly.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

All Users

• Provide accurate information
• Treat other users with respect
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Not misuse or interfere with the App

Drivers

• Maintain a valid driver's license
• Ensure your vehicle is properly registered and insured
• Operate your vehicle safely and in compliance with traffic laws
• Provide accurate vehicle information

Riders

• Provide accurate pickup and dropoff locations
• Be ready at the designated pickup location
• Behave respectfully toward drivers
• Wear seatbelts during rides

5. Organization Administrators

If you create or administer an organization on Chariot, you are responsible for:

• Managing membership appropriately
• Ensuring your organization's use complies with these Terms
• Managing subscription payments for your organization

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App while impaired by alcohol or drugs
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the App

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to Apple/Google's refund policies
• Prices may change with notice

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Chariot LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any other reason at our discretion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
